    芬歐藍泰推出新型的工業標簽用UV-丙烯酸配方

      UPM Raflatac has expanded its industrial chemical labeling portfolio with a new adhesive, RC 77. Compared to standard solutions, RC 77’s UV-acrylic formulation provides greater resistance to exposures such as chemicals, temperature and weathering. RC 77 bonds strongly to metals as well as challenging non-polar plastics.

      These properties provide an excellent match for labeling metal drums and label plates on intermediate bulk containers (IBCs) as well as HDPE chemical drums. In particular, RC 77 benefits applications where the risk of label loss must be reduced to a minimum – for example to meet GHS standards for communicating hazard information. BS 5606 certification pending.

      In addition to expanding their product ranges, label printers will benefit from improved processing efficiency with the new solution. Compared to hotmelt adhesives, RC 77 significantly reduces bleeding and stringing to benefit die-cutting and matrix removal.

      For label end-users, cleaner edges on the finished label coils facilitates good TTR runnability during variable information printing. A smooth and stable release also provides reliable label dispensing properties for uninterrupted label application with less waste.

      RC 77 is available with PP Solid White TC 50 and Polyprint 100.
